Our Philosophy

We believe that living in complete harmony with nature should be translated across all of our actions, thoughts and words. Amate Camp’s kitchen is proud to be 100% vegan, ensuring that no life is hurt in the process of making our dishes. Our meals are made from fruits, legumes, vegetables, seed, ferments and spices, always plant-based, local, organic and seasonal.

Our Menu

From buddha bowls to vegan tacos, our menu is diverse, abundant and delicious. Our meals are served in buffet format during retreats at scheduled times. Retreat leaders may choose the selection of their preference. Some of our mouth-watering meals:
